Contact

GoethéB1 is run by one person, so there is one address and it is read by a human: hello [at] b1goethe.com. Write in English, German, Turkish or Russian — whichever you are most comfortable in.

Expect a reply within two working days. If you have not heard back after that, the message probably did not arrive; send it again rather than assuming it was ignored.

Postal address

Elif Yılmaz (operating as "GoethéB1")
Abide Bayram Sk 19
Gazimağusa 99450
North Cyprus (TRNC)

This is the provider address required under § 5 DDG; the full legal notice is on the Impressum. Please use email for anything time-sensitive — post to this address is slow.

What to include

A few details make almost every question faster to answer:

Refunds

Full access is a one-time payment of $9.99, preceded by a three-day trial that does not ask for a card — the trial exists so you can decide before paying rather than after. If you paid and the product is not what you expected, write and say so. The terms set out your statutory rights in full.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on your individual immigration or naturalisation case. GoethéB1 is not a law firm, not an immigration adviser, and not a government body. Naturalisation rules depend on personal circumstances, differ by Bundesland, and change — so a general answer from us could be wrong for you in a way that costs you real time or money.

For your own case, the right places are your local Einbürgerungsbehörde, a qualified immigration lawyer, or a recognised advice service such as a Migrationsberatung. We are glad to explain what a rule says in general and to point you at the provision it comes from; we cannot tell you whether you personally qualify.

Similarly, we cannot register you for an exam, change an exam date, or access your results. Exam registration is handled by the Goethe-Institut and its exam centres — GoethéB1 is independent of them and has no access to their systems.

Press and corrections of record

Same address, and please say up front that you are writing on deadline so it gets picked up first. If you are citing figures from the citizenship statistics, tell us which year you are quoting so we can confirm you have the current set.

Privacy

Messages are used to answer your question and nothing else — they are not added to a mailing list. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.
